In the bustling markets and vibrant communities of India, personal connections and celebrations were woven into the fabric of everyday life.
But then, the pandemic struck… Suddenly, the joy of exchanging greetings, sharing milestones, and building business relationships was silenced.
A desperate solution needed!
The pandemic's restrictions *left a void* in how people connected, leaving many, especially small businesses, struggling to adapt.
Amidst this challenge, a solution emerged –
Designed to empower connection and sustainability, Vyominnova began to take shape, offering a safe and accessible way to bridge the communication gap, even in the face of physical distancing.

The selections presented in the app are now more aligned with your tastes. Working closely with our data science and engineering team, we've enhanced the app to offer a fully personalized user experience. It now suggests menu options based on your previous orders and culinary preferences.

We successfully delivered cards to 120+ clients with an average of 95% user satisfaction. During the process, I learned so much as a designer as well as a leader. This experience was beyond just a technical project, but a pivoting point of my life. I learned about marketing, pitching ideas, studying the markets, client communication, handling deadlines and strengthening teams. I feel proud that my team put the first step towards a greener future. With more time, I want to take this platform to a deeper level by designing user journeys with rewards and user feedback to keep the users more aware of the sustainable impact they are making with their choice to adapt these cards.
